LBC Upcountry Taproom
Born from the September 2025 merger of Koholā Brewery (whose Lahaina facility was destroyed in the 2023 wildfires) and Mahalo Aleworks, Lāhainā Brewing Co. carries Maui's craft beer legacy forward from two taprooms — LBC Wailea Craft Kitchen on the south shore and LBC Upcountry Taproom in Makawao. The award-winning Koholā Series — including the GABF-medal-winning Lokahi Pilsner — continues in cans alongside expanded brewpub fare.
